Step one: your ZIP code

We start with your ZIP code because our routes cover New Haven and Fairfield Counties, Connecticut, and we only want to send you into a sign-up we can actually serve. If your ZIP is on our routes, our secure sign-up opens on this page with your ZIP already filled in. It's run by our scheduling software.

If your ZIP isn't on our routes yet, you can leave your name, phone number and email instead. We'll let you know if our routes reach you.

Step two: your dogs and your schedule

In the sign-up, you choose how many dogs you have and how often you'd like us to come: twice a week, once a week, every other week or once a month. One-time cleanups are available too, for example after a long winter or before a party or a home showing. Your price shows up right after you pick your dogs and schedule.

What sets your price

Three things set your price: the number of dogs, the size of your yard and how often we visit. Standard pricing covers the entire yard up to 1/8 acre, about 5,500 square feet. Bigger yards are welcome: each additional 1/8 acre is $6 per visit. A few other details are good to know before you sign up:

• Haul-away. By default, the waste stays on your property, double-bagged in your trash bin. If you'd rather we take it with us, haul-away is $10 per visit.
• Your first cleanup. For recurring service, the initial cleanup includes removal of up to 20 pounds of waste. Anything over 20 pounds is billed at $3.00 per additional pound, on the first visit only, and we provide a photo and weight breakdown when it applies.
• Sales tax. The price you see does not include any applicable sales tax.
• Quarterly billing. Our sign-up offers 10% off with quarterly billing. Discounted billing options require completing the agreed term.

How billing works

Recurring service is billed automatically on the 1st of each month, in advance, for that month's service. Pricing is averaged across the year, so your bill stays the same through holidays, weather interruptions and months with five weeks. Weekly service is billed at your per-visit rate times 4.33, twice-weekly service at 8.66, biweekly service at 2.165 and monthly service at 1.

A valid credit or debit card must be on file before your first visit. There are no checks to leave out and nothing to remember each month.

After you sign up

You don't need to be home. Just make sure your gate is unlocked and the yard is safe to get into, and tell us about any entry instructions. Visits are scheduled by day rather than an exact time, because routes are planned each day around weather and location. Friendly dogs can stay outside, and we ask that aggressive or overly excited dogs be kept indoors while we work.

We text you 10 to 30 minutes before we arrive. Our technician walks the whole yard on a double-pass route, double-bags every pile in our scented bags and leaves it in your trash bin or a spot you choose. Before leaving, they latch your gate and upload a photo of it, and you get a second text when the yard is done.

Add-ons and commercial properties

Want sanitizing, or deodorizing from April to October? Mention it when you get your quote, or call us to add it to the service you already have. Sanitizing only needs a hose connected to your outdoor water source on service day.

No long-term contract

Service is month to month and renews automatically.
