The price you see is read live from our scheduling software for your ZIP code, dogs and schedule. Seeing a price doesn't sign you up: you only sign up if you choose to on the last step. Questions first? Call (203) 850-7273.

How the steps work

One question at a time: each choice is a large tap card, and tapping one takes you to the next question. A progress bar (with our puppy walking along it) shows which of the six steps you're on, and you can go back to any earlier step to change an answer before you see your price.

Your ZIP code

Our routes cover New Haven and Fairfield Counties, Connecticut, so one question is where your yard is. If your ZIP code isn't on our routes yet, the quote stops there and points you to our quote page, where you can leave your info and hear from us if that changes.

How many dogs, and how often

Pick from one to five or more dogs, then how often you'd like service: two times a week, once a week, every other week, once a month, or a one-time cleanup. Together with your yard size, those choices set your price. Standard pricing covers the entire yard up to 1/8 acre, about 5,500 square feet, and each additional 1/8 acre is $6 per visit.

When the yard was last thoroughly cleaned

The choices run from one week to 10+ months. Your answer tells us how long waste has been building up before your first visit, which is the visit that clears it all. For recurring service, the initial cleanup includes removal of up to 20 pounds of waste. Anything over 20 pounds is billed at $3.00 per additional pound, on the first visit only, and we provide a photo and weight breakdown when it applies.

Your first name and mobile number

This is the first time you type anything: your first name, then your mobile number on the last of the six steps. We ask before the price so we can follow up on your quote even if you don't finish signing up, and a mobile number because that's where our visit texts go once you're a customer. The text message consent checkbox is optional, and its full wording is shown beside it.

Your price

Your price comes from our scheduling software: what one visit costs, what that adds up to on your monthly bill, and any offer running when you ask, along with our 10% saving for quarterly billing. Prices do not include any applicable sales tax. If the software can't price your choices (five or more dogs, for example), we say so and follow up with a personal quote, rather than showing a number that may not be right.

Signing up

You sign up right here, under your price, in three short parts, without leaving this page. It asks for your last name, email, home address and town (the state is already set to Connecticut), how you heard about us if you'd like to say, and a few details that help our technicians on the first visit:

• Gate location (Left, Right, Alley, No Gate, Other), so we know where to enter. We latch your gate and send a photo of it before we leave.
• Garbage can location, so we know where to leave the double-bagged waste.
• The areas to clean: Front Yard, Back Yard, Deck/Patio, Dog Run, Side Yard Left, Side Yard Right, Kennel, Pool Area. Choose every area your dogs use.
• Anything else we should know, such as entry instructions or a dog that should stay inside while we work.

Your card and our terms

Our Terms of Service require a valid credit or debit card on file before the first visit. When the account offers secure card entry, you type your card number and security code only into the secure box from our payment processor; they never pass through this website. Signing up asks you to agree to our Terms of Service, which cover billing on the 1st of each month, weather and holiday postponements, and canceling at least 7 days before your next billing date.

After a confirmed sign-up

Only a sign-up our scheduling software confirms shows the confirmation, and our team is then in touch to schedule your first visit. You don't need to be home for it: make sure the gate is unlocked and the yard is safe to get into. We text you 10 to 30 minutes before we arrive. Our technician walks the whole yard on a double-pass route, double-bags every pile in our scented bags and leaves it in your trash bin or a spot you choose. Before leaving, they latch your gate and upload a photo of it, and you get a second text when the yard is done.
